I like the exact dado jigs you see everywhere now and I made my own version. First, it is made in two sections so they can be used separately as a 5' or a 4' or joined together for a 9' version. I stacked 1/4" tempered masonite according to the downloadable SketchUp8 drawing. The maple inserts are replaceable if they get damaged or another size is required. A spare part is laying on top. One Bessey clamp has been modified to slip into a T-slot on the underside. The other one is pending as of this picture. 3/8 x 16 carriage bolts run in T-slots and linear slots to hold the bottom pieces on with wing nuts. The two walnut router stops (without their respective bolts and nuts) are laying on top. Notice that I used slot guides to keep things square.
