Welcome to Krager Custom Wood Products website.
I live and work in southeastern Illinois near Olney IL, the town of white squirrels. I serve primarily Illinois and Indiana, but I have work standing in almost all the States. One piece was shipped to Hawaii. The Internet is helping me spread the word, so thank you for visiting my site. Please visit my store for products that are in stock and can be shipped upon payment. I do hope to hear from you!
The photographs of my work are samples of the wide variety of high quality design and craftsmanship available to you through Krager Custom Wood Products. Pictures do not tell the whole story. The satisfaction of owning a quality piece that was YOUR idea cannot be conveyed through a portfolio. While custom goods are generally more expensive than their mass-produced counterparts, the extra money is actually retained by you as an investment in your own asset that has character and durability; an heirloom that often increases in value over time.
I try very hard to satisfy your tastes within your budget using clever designing. But it is not good business nor good craftsmanship to permit under pricing to force shortcuts. Tell me your needs, desires, ideas, and approximate budget. I’ll then suggest ideas, draw sketches, and estimate the cost. When we have reached agreement, a 50% deposit is expected and an informal contract is drawn up. The remainder is due at completion, your reasonable satisfaction assured. To communicate your interest please use the contact page.

A word about quality.
“Merchandise of quality bears a price, commensurate with the character of effort, skill and intrinsic worth put into it. The maker is properly compensated for his earnest exertion of the ability, energy, and experience with which he is endowed. The purchaser is rewarded by sound value, lasting utility and the pride and pleasure of an honest product of quality truthfully represented. There is no vicious circle of sacrifice involved in the honest sale of an article of fine craftsmanship and good taste. The vending of quality merchandise ministers to the welfare of all—preserves the traditions on which true progress is founded. It is my purpose to ever maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity in this establishment.” --Unknown, but I endorse it! Dan Krager
